Molly Malone’s Irish Pub and Restaurant are delighted to congratulate Louisville native, Emily Hughes, on reaching the final of the International Rose of Tralee Festival to be held in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland, in August 2015. The penultimate round was held this past week at Portlaoise, County Laois, Ireland and the announcement was made at 11.30 pm, Irish time, on Sunday night.
Congratulations also to her proud mother and father, Sheila and Michael, her family, extended family in County Tyrone, Ireland, her boyfriend Todd, his family and her many friends.
Emily is Molly Malone’s representative and qualified to be the Kentucky Rose in March in Lexington. Emily will be a worthy ambassador for Louisville and the great state of Kentucky in the final in Tralee and having being a valued member of our staff here at Molly’s for 6 years, we could not be more proud or happier for her. She is a genuine, thoughtful, and beautiful person.
Roll on August when Emily takes on the rest of the world (and we will be there to support you).
